Stipulations of Co own:

(NEW) *We have decided to use the co own option for show potential & companion puppies. We will take off $500.00 from the purchase price with the stipulation that you will Champion, Health test (Hip & Cardiac) & temperament test (or spay/neuter.) In other words we are putting $500.00 towards the cost of all these tests in order to better our line.
*Please note that all companion puppies MUST be Spayed or Neutered.

x_____You are required to show the said puppy at least 4 times per year. If you can not show the said puppy SnT will show the said puppy for you at the buyers expense. All accomplishments and pictures will be provided to Seller for use on the SnT Kennel website ( http://sntkennel.com ). Pictures will be given on a monthly basis to the Seller. (does not apply to companion puppies)

x_____You are required to attain the said puppy/'s AKC Champion and/or UKC Champion title, OFA hips (&/or) Penn hip, OFA cardiac and attain some sort of temperament test before this puppy is bred. (does not apply to companion puppies)

(Once buyer has Championed, Health & Temperament tested the said puppy. SnT will sign off on any and all registration papers)

This puppy/dog is a purebred American Staffordshire Terrier or American Pit Bull Terrier. This puppy/dog is of typical temperament and structure, and embodies the basic standards of the American Staffordshire Terrier breed and or The American Pit Bull Terrier.

The puppy/dog is: registered with the _____AKC or _____UKC or _____both AKC/UKC.

x_____“SnT” MUST be used as the prefix on any and all registration papers. Registration papers will be filled out after the sale is complete, and will be given to the Buyer.

*The puppy/dog is healthy at the time of sale and has had the immunizations and worming enumerated in the § attached health certificate.

x_____If at any time the Buyer is unable to keep or care for the puppy/dog, it must be returned to the Seller at 50% of the original price. If the said puppy has not been cared for (shot's, wormer, proper food, socialization etc) there will be no recourse of any money.

Seller agrees to provide advice and information on showing and grooming to the best of her ability, to help the Buyer of a show or performance potential puppy/dog to present the puppy/dog to its best potential.

 


x_____The Buyer agrees to keep the puppy/dog in appropriate weight so as to maximize the puppy/dog’s soundness and longevity. The Buyer agrees to feed only those puppy/dog foods acceptable to the Seller most premium foods will be ok. Buyer acknowledges that special coat care, conditioning, training and feeding are necessary to produce a competitive American Staffordshire Terrier in conformation and performance events. This care and training is acknowledged by the Buyer to be his/her responsibility. The Buyer agrees to allow the Seller access to the puppy/dog, and to the premises where it is kept, to evaluate the condition therein. If at any time the Seller finds that the puppy/dog is being rolled, fought, used as bait, kept in an unsanitary manor, treated or allowed to behave in a manner not acceptable to him/her, the Buyer agrees to surrender the puppy/dog, (and all of its registration documents, with ownership transfer properly signed), to the Seller. The Seller’s opinion is the only authority required to justify this action. Testimony of other people will not supersede the Seller’s judgment on this matter. Under such circumstances, all warranties are then VOID.

x_____Buyer agrees not to sue Seller and to pay any and all court /attorneys fees incurred by the Seller should any suit be brought against the Seller in regard to this puppy/dog by any person.

x_____This dog shall not be neutered under any circumstance. (unless requested by a licensed veterinarian for an illness that may cause the loss of the said dog) Seller has the right to use this dog at stud to any bitch registered under the name SnT or is owned by SnT Kennel at no charge to the Seller. (Does not apply to companion puppies)

Replacement policy - If you are in need of replacement and it will fall within the categories listed above Buyer must:

  1. Have NOT bred the first puppy/dog

  2. Have returned the first puppy/dog to the Seller along with it's AKC registration / UKC registration signed over to Tonya Cannon (this puppy must not have been spayed or neutered) or if you would like to keep the first puppy Buyer must have proof the first puppy/dog has been spayed/neutered by a licensed veterinarian.

  3. Have kept this puppy in show condition, socialized this puppy and if ears have been cropped they must be cropped in a proper manner for showing.

*please note any expense incurred shipping, crate, health certificate, vet bills etc. for the replacement puppy will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
